FAQ
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! I try to be as flexible as possible. Your retainer is non-refundable but can often be transferred to a new date if needed.
What is your booking process?
I require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. I will not hold the date for you until the deposit has been paid. Once the deposit is paid and contract is signed, the fun begins! We get to plan all the fun details and get more familiar with each other. Contact me to book!!
What is your turn around time?
My gallery turn around time for any 1 hour session is 1-2 weeks with sneak peek photos in 48 hours! For any 1-2 hour sessions it's 2-3 weeks with sneak peek photos in 72 hours!
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are not included in my base packages and are covered additionally, depending on the location. I’m always happy to provide a custom quote based on where your session or event will take place!
